Where are my documents saved?

In the app's Documents tab. You can also find them in the Files app under On My iPhone (or On My iPad) › Bamba PDF.

A PDF I shared showed strange or Chinese-looking characters.

This was a bug in older versions. Update to the latest version of Bamba PDF: it shares real PDF files with a proper name, which open correctly in Mail, Messages, WhatsApp and other apps.

How do I make my PDFs smaller?

When saving a scan, choose Small, Standard or High. The button shows the exact file size before you save. You can change the default in Settings › Default PDF Size.

I subscribed but still see ads.

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Bamba PDF, or tap Manage Subscription in the app's Settings. Apple handles all billing and refunds.

Do you upload my documents?

No. Everything stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy.
